I need to change turbo standard to premium versiion

To upgrade from TurboTax Standard Online to TurboTax Premier Online, select the Upgrade link on the left, under the refund ticker.

Note: Once you upgrade, you can't go back. If you decide you'd prefer to stay in Standard, you'll have to start a new return.

Can I upgrade from TurboTax Standard to TurboTax Premium, I purchased the downloaded app version and discovered I am unable to claim the paid rent and property tax. I am fine also if I could do this upgrade to online version as I like that more and used it in the past.
