I own multiple rental properties. If I purchase a computer to use to help manage the properties should I split the cost and create a CCA for each?

i.e. A computer costs $1,000. I own 4 properties. Would I report $250 as the CCA ?

Yes, if you use the computer equally for all 4 properties, you can enter 1/4th of the computer's cost for each.
