I own turbotax 2017, but the "planner mode for 2018" is greyed out...when can I expect this feature to be available?

Planner mode is active for 2017 CD/download versions of TurboTax. Please perform all updates and if the issue persists, contact our phone support team for further assistance.

I have the TurboTax Home & Business 2017 CD/download version.  I've repeatedly checked for updates since discovering this issue, and it says there are no updates.  The planner mode is still greyed out.
