I purchased Premier online includes 12 rtns from Costco. After I filled the details and went to "File" they charged me CAD 49.99 x 2. Isn't it 12 returns are included?

With TurboTax Online, you must use the Activation Code, on the Activation page before starting your returns. Then you need to prepare all your returns on the account where you activated the product.
