I think I have purchased the wrong version. I want the Windows 10 downloadable version. How do I get a refund so I can purchase the right version?

I purchased wrong version, instead on line deluxe I purchased window basic. They both cost 19.99 and I  was obviously not paying attention. Is there a way to switch?
