I travelled for my job interview prior to moving provinces. Is this an allowable moving expense? Or just the actual move after getting the job?

Your travel for your job interview is not an allowable moving expense.  Canada.ca  for full list of allowable expenses to deduct and expenses you cannot deduct.  ( – Expenses you cannot deduct - travel expenses for job hunting in another city;)
