I want to begin a new return but the system keeps wanting me to choose to buy a system and I already paid for one! Very frustrating

I prepurchased the standard form but the system wants me to buy a new one

Did you purchase the online version or the download version of the software?

online special that was advertised a month ago - have the purchase code etc but nowhere to enter
