I would like to access Schedule 3. I have already purchased turbotax so it is paid for,

I want to be able to still make any changes/amendments to my taxes if necessary before submitting and printing.  Can I still do that once I have gone through the whole process?

You should be able to make any changes up until the moment you submit your return to the CRA via Netfile.
