If you are eligible to claim the Climate Action Incentive (CAI), then you can go to the schedule 14 on your return and put the X in “Click this box to claim the Climate Action Incentive on your return” to put it on your return instead of your spouses.

If neither of you are eligible, then line 7 should already be zero, since TurboTax will remove the credit if you are not eligible.

Also make sure that you copy of TurboTax CD/Download is updated: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3262510
