My 2018 return final pdf i see only T1 & S5.however when i see my saved application (marked as Duplicate) i see T1,S1.S5,S8,ONBEN,ON428,other credits.Which one do i send?

If you are mailing in your income tax return- you will need to click on Print and Mail so that the proper forms print it will be a condensed version with a bar code on the bottom of your T1 and if any forms applicable - which will also be printed out for you.
