In 2016 I moved to Australia and still need to file a 2015 income tax return for my time in Canada. Am I still able to use Turbo Tax with an Australian address?

You can use Turbo Tax to complete your return, however as a non-resident you will not be able to Netfile.  You will need to print and mail your return with a copy of the applicable slips to the International Tax office in Ottawa.
