In 2023 I received scholarships and bursaries but didn't receive T4As for all of them. Do I still enter the amounts for the ones I didn't receive T4As for?

Yes, you still need to enter that income. Please double check with whoever you got the scholarships and bursaries to see how to get t-slips. You may need to download them from a website instead of getting them in the mail.
