In my return, the income split form is attached even though I didn't use it. How do I get rid of it?

Unfortunately, you can't, this is a small glitch in TurboTax this year.

A workaround would be to print a PDF copy of your return to file.  Open the PDF file and send only the pages you want to your printer driver.
