Is it possible to remove CCA from this year's taxes for self employment? The CCA is causing a loss.

Yes, if you go to:
Income Tab > Self-Employment > Self Employment Summary
Choose to "Edit" your business
Click on "Assets used in your business and CCA calculation
You can adjust or remove your CCA on the screen that says "here's your capital cost allowance for your assets"
