Last year I did my tax returns with the online version. However this year I have a form T1198 for $1913.61. Can I create a paper version with the online system?

Yes, you can print out your return to mail it using TurboTax Online. It will give you the option to do so when you reach the page where you would normally NETFILE.

But, if the amount shown for your "Total principal (prior years only)" is less than $3,000 you don’t need to use the Form T1198. You may still be able to NETFILE your return.
