My husband works for a company and makes a salary plus commission. Can he claim a portion of the gas for his vehicle that he uses to meet clients?

there are certain conditions, most important is if he got form T2200 signed by employer that he can claim these expenses , for other conditions, please go to following link, open PDF and read on top of Page 6

Oh I should add that he does get a car allowance.  I would think that to claim gas or vehicle expenses incurred for work purposes, he would have to prove that the expenses exceed his car allowance?
