My T5013 has two boxes that do not appear in the software: Box 113 and 211. Both have amounts in them, but I don't know where in the software to enter these amounts.

T5013 box 113 -  is for return of capital, which is not taxable and so you do not have to report it.  Return of capital is used when you are getting some of your original investment back. You use that amount only for purposes of calculating the adjusted cost base.

T5013 box 211 - is included in the Box 210 amount and therefore doesn't need to be entered.
