Netfiling my 2017 return. Advised that I do not have an internet connection. My internet is in fact connected. Why can't I proceed?

I transferred turbo tax info from my 2015 filed return.  The transfer was done to the 2016 return. I haven't filed 2016 yet.  The carryforward information from 2016 was transferred to my 2017 return which I am trying to netfile.

Be sure to do your 2016 income tax return before you do your 2017 return. Then the proper information will be forwarded.

If its advising that you do not have an internet connection- you may need to go back to "FILE" and try again.
