Paid for wrong version of software

Hi,I mistakenly used and paid for your 2015 version to file my 2016 return. So I switched to Standard 2016 and paid again to file my return. Can I get a refund for the 2015 one? The filing was unsuccessful because I have already filed my 2015 return.
