    Each time I open my 2018 turbotax 20 returns I'm asked to reload the program. Is this normal as I never had to do this in past years ?

    Each time I open my 2018 turbotax 20 returns I'm asked to reload the program. Is this normal as I never had to do this in past years ?

    Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of you saved returns.
