province of employment is qubec and ccp slip is for box 16 and 16a how to fill in turbotax

We recommend you contact your employer for confirmation. If the province of employment on your T4 box 10 is Quebec, you should contribute for QPP in box 17/17A not in box 16/16A that is for CPP.
