Technically you do not need to uncouple as the prepayment code will calculate the number of times you use it. If you have a coupled return, you will get to the payment screen and enter in your code, it will calculate 2 returns and you will be left with 6 more to do.
If you want to do 8 single returns, you will have to start a new return and prepare them separately.
A few things to keep in mind while using this 8 pack Standard online code (11 digit code):
- All 8 tax returns must be completed in the same online account, otherwise, the code will not work.
- Standard Edition only: Do not accept any upgrades while doing your tax return, as this will create a surcharge at the end, on the payment screen.
