I would like to use the T777-s Statement of Employment to claim $400 for working at home, but do not see it available?

If using the form method, one of the forms required, the T777S-Statement of Employment Expenses for Working at Home Due to COVID-19, for the flat rate method will be available on one of our upcoming software updates. It will be found when you enter your T4. Scroll down to the bottom of the T4 where you will be asked about working from home.

However and unfortunately, you may come across locked forms, or receive a message saying that forms aren’t finalized when using TurboTax, you will not be allowed to complete the filing of your return. Please see the link below for more information.

I just installed the software today and it did do a major update but it seems this somehow didn't solve the issue with locking the T777-s.  It's not allowing me to do the selection to enter the calculation etc...  In fact even before I get to that, it's stating in the question/answer part "Looks like you don't qualify for the employment expenses deduction this year."  and that doesn't make any sense at all since I worked from home from March to still ongoing right now.  Is it possible to speak with someone in regard to this problem, I'd like to complete this and send it this week.
