I have the wrong turbotax package?

I ordered Turbotax 2020 (which I already had and used last year) by accident.  I really wanted 2021 and went on to order it.  No problem there.  How do I get a refund for 2020 which I did not want?  I never dreamed you would offer - by default no less - last year's product.  Getting 2021 required some web site exploration.

How do I get a refund for the now obsolete 2020 which I did not want?  I never dreamed Intuit would offer - by default no less - last year's product.
