Reporting information on T3, what is the meaning of country #1 and country #2?

foreign non-business income on T3.  Turbo Tax wants to know what country and offers U.S.A. and country #1 and country #2.  What are country #1 and country #2

Country #1 and country #2 can be whatever country you need, except for the US. You can specify the name of the country on the Foreign tax credit page, or the FTC worksheet in Forms mode.
