RV rental business usage and CCA calculation

I bought a travel trailer in 2022, listed on RVezy.com the whole year for 180 days, I personally used 15 days,  it was rented out for 25 days, so how to calculate the business usage percentage?

RV CCA calculation question: I paid $2500 downpayment and finance the rest balance,  the RV purchase price before tax is $28000, I also bought extended and armor &fabric warranty for $5000, so when I calculate the CCA, which number and class should I put in?

Technically, as long as you were actively trying to rent out your RV, then you can claim expenses for that period, as well as the period when it was actually being rented.

You can put your RV in class 10 (30%).
