Self Employed working 100% Online -- Can I claim 100% Internet usage if I have 2 Internet Accounts?

For Example
Account 1 - Unlimited and Fast - used 65% of the time
Account 2 - Rogers Hub - so it is Mobile and it is used when Account 1 goes down - roughly 35% of the time.

You can claim internet services 100% if used more than 90% for business. Otherwise you would prorate the amounts claimed for business purposes.
