My daughter moved for temporary, seasonal work. Her permanent address remains with us. To claim moving expenses one fills in addresses. That makes it look as though she has moved provinces. How do we do this?

If her permanent address is the parental home but her temporary address is in another province, does she declare residence in the province of the parental (permanent) home or in the province of the temporary residence.  On Dec 31 she was in the temporary residence.

she enters in "YOUR" address because she moved out of there and to the "NEW" temporary address. Which she resided in on Dec 31.
