Should I report my total income on GST/HST Return as food delivery (Uber Eats)?

I already registered for HST account because of claiming ITC on my expenses even though my revenue is under $30,000. I will have 3 questions based on this,

1- Can I report the total income of food delivery as revenue during the period of the year?

2- Should I subtract the total GST amount from total income within Line 101 on GST/HST Return?

Your help would be appreciated.

If your business is a GST Registrant, do not include any GST amounts paid or collected on your personal tax return (T2125 Statement of Business Activities). Claim as an Input Tax Credit (ITC) on your GST/HST Return. Please see the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) for more information about Input tax credits
