So if I buy two Standard Turbo Tax and use two different computers to complete returns I would be able to double the number of returns I can file?

If you are using PC Turbotax, yes.
If using Turbotax on-line version, you would be limited to 20 returns from any one on-line account, regardless of physical device, OS or browser type.
