The system asks for spouse DOB when finishing, any body have a fix for this?

Sorry to see you are having this problem. Please view the image below to verify the birthdate in question.

When entering DOB please be sure you enter it as follows- DD/MM/YYYY - Therefore you must enter the day, then a forward slash, the month and a forward slash, and the year.

Do the following:

When you get to the error, click on Fix. 

On that page, change to Forms version. 

Make the text larger (click on the AA up top), two or three times. 

The DOB of your spouse should be at the centre of that particular form.

Enter the DOB there, and Save. 

You should be good to Netfile from there.
