This year downgraded to deluxe from self employed. Information not auto filling. Why?

Personal info (and possibly financial info) not auto filling. Changed to deluxe version for this year tax from self employed used last year. Why no auto fill?

Self-employed is an online program. If you purchase TurboTax deluxe Download version, the information cannot be imported from Online to download. 

 

Also note that, Autofill was not available for few weeks in November 2023 and December 2023 depending on when you tried to import your data. Please try again.
