My wife has a small sole proprietor business and I don't know what Turbotax option I should use as it seems like the small business version is for only one return?

TurboTax Online Self-Employed is $59.99 per return, however, if you and your wife prepare your returns together, then the 2nd spouse’s return is only $19.99. If you choose to do your returns separately, then the 2nd spouse can choose a different version of TurboTax Online.

If you have a Windows PC, then you can also use TurboTax Home & Business. It is $119.99 for 12 returns, so you can do returns for your whole family. You can also import info from the desktop version of Quickbooks.
