We purchased Home & Business for the 2016 tax year. My wife filed her taxes but I am just filing now as a separate return. Why am I being asked to buy TurboTax again?
When we purchased Home & Business for the 2016 tax year, it specified that we could file more than one return. So why are we being asked to pay again? Do I need a redemption code to do this, and if so, how do I go about getting it?

With TurboTax Online, you can create as many
returns as you would like (though you can only send 20 by NETFILE). However,
you pay per return, unless you get the Standard Online 8 return package.
Also, please make sure to print copies of your
2016 TurboTax Online returns, as those servers will be shut down at the end of
the year.
