There is no asset class at present that directly relates to a website. Generally, if you own the equipment and software to host your own website, the equipment and software would be capital in nature. If your costs relate to updating and/or designing your website, as well as payments regularly made to access the website, it would not be capital. It would be fully deductible in the year the costs were incurred. Websites are still not considered to be as permanent as a tangible item such as a vehicle.
