When entering the form t5008, the releve 1 does not match. It even loses information from the t5008 form. Not sure what to do.

Do you mean  releve 18? If thats the case Simply follow the steps below that apply to your TurboTax edition. If you have more than one slip, add the total of all slips and enter that amount.

1. Select Find (or the magnifying glass icon) from the menu
2. Enter T5008 in the Find window
3. Select T5008/Relevé 18 Securities Transactions from the list of results, then select Go. The T5008 - Relevé 18 - Summary step appears
4. Select Enter New T5008 - Relevé 18. The T5008 - Securities Transactions step appears
5. Fill out the form in TurboTax with the information from your slip
6. Select Enter Relevé 18. The Relevé 18 - Statement of Securities Transactions step appears
7. Fill out the form in TurboTax with the remaining information from your Relevé 18
8. Select Done With T5008 - Relevé 18. The T5008 - Relevé 18 - Summary step appears
9. Review the information on-screen and follow the instructions that match your situation:

• If the information is correct, select Done With T5008 and Relevé 18 Slips
• If the information isn’t correct, select Edit next to the slip and correct the information. When you return to this step, select Done With T5008 and Relevé 18 Slips
