When I attempt to enter T5 data, the field is not responsive. I cannot enter data

Access the T5 entry screen under the "Income" tab > hover over "T-slips" and select T5. Then choose to add a new T5. Match the boxes reporting amounts on the T5 slip with the boxes in Turbo Tax.

Perhaps you could provide additional information as to which box is unresponsive.
