Where can I enter information for Relevé 2 and Relevé 5? There is no such form under 'find'?

Here's where to enter your Relevé 2 and Relevé 5 information:

1. In the upper-right area of TurboTax, select Find.
2. In the Find window, type "T-Slips," select it from the list, then select Go.
3. On the Income Slips step, select the slips that apply to you, then select Continue.

Thanks. I did find T5007 and T4RSP but I can't able to Relevé 2 and Relevé 5. I still need to fill up Box- C under RL-2 and Box-H under RL-5. I have moved from Quebec to Alberta which I have entered in the beginning. Please help.
