Where do I enter Manitoba Arts and Cultural activity tax credit

According to the Manitoba Gov website a tax credit is available for Arts and Cultural activities. https://www.gov.mb.ca/finance/personal/pcredits.html#cultural

There is no where to enter this credit in turbo tax, check boxes for mb tax credits show the fitness tax credit but not the arts credit.

You would do this by selecting “Claims for Dependants” under “Deductions”. Answer “Yes” to “Would you like to review or claim any of these credits?” and click “Continue”. Then on the “Your children and other dependants” page, click on “Enter Credit Info” link next to a dependant’s name to select which credits you would like to claim for that person. The “Children's Arts and Cultural Activity Tax Credit” is listed as “Children's arts amount (provincial credit only)”

Quick tax will not let me enter an amount into the arts deduction box. I have tried several times. I can fill in the fitness one but the arts one won’t let me input anything or change the percentage of claim.
