Where do I enter the cost of small supplies (under $500), such as sawblades, small tools, screws/fasteners. These aren't cost of goods sold, nor fixed assets CCA class12
There is no prompt for me to enter supplies in Turbotax

You can enter these items as Line 8811 – Office stationery and supplies.
