Where do I put T3/RL16

1. In the upper-right corner of your screen, select Find.
2. In the Find window, type T3 and select Go.

* If you don’t see the Find button, you may not have completed the Setting Up/Introduction section of your return. Continue through the Setting Up section until the Find button appears.

For filling the T3, I entered numbers into 21 as showed on my T3 slip.But I was reminded “Your foreign capital gains cannot exceed your total capital gains.” I did not understand, please help me. Thanks!
