Why are there multiple instances of my business?

On my self-employment Business Summary page, there are three instances of my business. What is going on?  Is Turbotax treating these as chronological or as different businesses?

If you have multiple businesses showing on the business summary page, your only recourse is to delete the ones that have the least amount of information and complete the other.
