Why can't i choose deluxe and it defaults to premier

I don't have investments or rental property and it keeps defaulting me to purchase the Premier version and not Deluxe. How can I choose Deluxe?

Are you transferring your info from last year? Instead of transferring the info from last year, click on the “Create A Different Return” button. Then you can start a return in a different version.
