Why does income info from CRA state zero, yet form shows actual figures on record?

Can you provide additional detail? What document from the CRA shows zero and which form do you mean?

This happens usually on the CRA AutoFill screen for T4A slip.  Nothing to worry about if you reviewed your Tslip and all the information was transfer correctly.
