Why does my business CRA account shows my business filing as pending when I files personal and self-employed taxes?

If your business account is for your corporation, it sounds like the Canada Revenue Agency has received a T2 tax return for the corporation. Filing a T1 return, even with self-employed income would show on your personal account at CRA, not the Corporate account.
