why does my Detailed Tax Summary show a line item Other Amount $1178.00? I have no idea where this amount comes from and I have checked my entries several times and cannot find where this amount was entered.

Is this an automatic autofill based on Marital status, or Province?

The $1178 credit is the Canada Employment Amount. Anyone who has a T4 slip will get this deduction.
