Why is my Net Income showing $0 on the T2125 Business Summary even though I entered self-employment income?

The most common reason for this is that the business period has not been entered. Return to your Business Summary and select Edit. On the identification screen, ensure the business period dates have been filled in (usually January 1 - December 31). 

The other reasons for showing zero net income are that your expenses exceed your business income or the income has been entered in the wrong spot (not in the income section).
