Why won't my Standard do the 8 returns advertised on the product I purchased ?

I have been using Turbo Tax and the prior product for years.  Sadly the current version is not user friendly as in past.

So long as you're preparing all 8 returns in the same TurboTax Online account, all you should need to do is enter that code in when prompted to pay for each return (up to 8 times). If you're working on all returns in the same account and your code's not working, please give us a call:https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/

Did you purchase a TurboTax Standard Online 8 return bundle at one of our retail partners?

Unless you purchased the 8 return bundle, with TurboTax Online, you pay per return.

My activation card purchased advises it's for 8 returns.  (Sorry, photo showing the terms will not attach)

the site is forcing me to use autofill and i don't want to use that

TurboTax will ask you to use Auto-Fill you can click on continue on the bottom of the page then the next page on the bottom you will click on Skip.
