You should receive a T4RRIF for this income. You will note on this slip how and where the income is to be reported. For more info please see http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/ndvdls/tpcs/rrif-ferr/rcvd-eng.html

The amounts that you contribute to your TFSA are not deductible and are not entered anywhere on your return. Likewise, withdrawals from your TFSA are not taxable. Please see http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/ndvdls/tpcs/tfsa-celi/menu-eng.html
