Are receiving a Warning message with a scholarship amt on a T4A slip and also reported tuition fees on a T2202A and cannot clear it after many tries. How do I clear it ?

If it's only showing as a warning, ignore it. Warnings are generally just there to make you double check that things are correct. If you are sure that what you input is accurate, then you can disregard it.
